James D. Nolan has more than 26 years of litigation experience. He has a broad-based commercial and civil litigation practice, including construction contract and workmanship disputes, indemnification and subrogation, general liability defense (including first- and third-party insurance issues), and personal injury and wrongful death.
He represents clients statewide at all levels, including the justice courts, superior courts, federal courts, ROC complaints and hearings, and private, binding arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Nolan was born in California, raised in Texas, and graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 1998. He is proud of his Hispanic heritage and enjoys giving back to his community in which he serves.
